Are you studying an early childhood education course at a ɫֱin the Hunter Region or Central Coast this year? Do you identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander? If so, you can apply for the Walkom Education Scholarship.
Valued at $1,000, each successful applicant will receive $500 upfront and $500 once their course of study has been completed within 18 months of the original scholarship.
The Walkom Education scholarship is awarded to one student every semester, to support their studies in early childhood education. Established by in Newcastle and delivered by the Hunter TAFE Foundation, this scholarship has an immediate impact and supports long-term career aspirations.
