The Woolfson Encouragement Award recognises and supports mature-aged students studying for a business administration qualification at ɫֱMaitland. Liz Woolfson funds the $500 annual award through the Hunter TAFE Foundation to assist students in kickstarting their careers.
As a teacher or head teacher, this presents an opportunity to celebrate a student who is over 30 years of age. The nominee must show strong commitment to studies, maintain exceptional attendance, and demonstrate motivation for entering or re-entering the workforce. Nominate a deserving diligent student for the Woolfson Encouragement Award.

To be nominated for a Woolfson Encouragement Award, the student must:
