International certificate and diploma academic calendar dates

A female student wearing glasses, a green top, jeans and a leather backpack and holding a folder, tablet and mobile phone is standing on a brick path surrounded by grass and trees on a campus and is smiling at the camera.

At TAFE NSW, our academic calendar helps you learn while giving you time to rest. Whether you start in February or July, you’ll have a balanced year with time for study and breaks.

If you’re an international student, the academic year has two semesters. Each semester has four terms, with breaks in between.
