    International terms and conditions

    Our are a written agreement between the student and TAFE NSW. They explain the obligations of an international student and ɫֱin line with the ESOS Act 2000 and National Code 2018.

    Under 18s accommodation and welfare arrangements

    If you’re an international student under 18, ɫֱhas procedures in place to support your safety and wellbeing.

    Read the  to understand how we support international students under 18 with approved accommodation and welfare. This is a requirement under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code 2018.

    If you’re an international student planning to travel (in or outside of Australia) while under 18, you’ll need to request approval and complete the . Travel must be approved by ɫֱto ensure your welfare and safety.

    Credit transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
