If ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥identifies any concerns with your course progress, we may request that an Intervention Strategy and Learning Agreement form is completed.

These forms must be completed with your teacher and the International Customer Experience Coordinator (ICEC). This strategy helps support students who are at risk of not meeting course progress or attendance requirements. It outlines the steps we take to assist you in staying on track with your studies. 

If you’re asked to attend an intervention strategy meeting with your course coordinator, you’ll talk about reducing your study load. To do this, download and submit the . Your course coordinator will help you complete the form.
