    How to log in with a one-time passcode

    Follow these steps to log in with a one-time passcode if you don鈥檛 have your multifactor authentication听(MFA) device with you when logging into your 秀色直播account.

    Step 1: Request a passcode

    1. Select 鈥楩orgot your device?鈥� when you see the MFA Authentication screen.

    1. Select your personal email from the 鈥楥hoose Verification Method鈥� screen.

    2. Select 鈥楴ext鈥�.

    1. You will see the 鈥楨mail sent鈥� screen.

    Step 2: Get your passcode

    1. Check your personal email to get the passcode. This will be sent in an email from Ping Identity.

    Step 3: Enter the passcode

    1. Enter the passcode provided in the email into the computer.

    2. Select 鈥楽ign On鈥�.

    1. You should now see the green 鈥楢uthenticated鈥� screen and be logged on.
