The IPROWD program at ɫֱis an entry level program to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the stepping stones to enter law enforcement.
The course focuses mainly on law enforcement, and the communication, diversity, and cultural component of law enforcement. So you get to study and learn more about your mob, where you’re from, and connecting with country.

Participants receive academic support as well as guidance in physical fitness to help prepare for the demands of a policing career. The program also includes detailed information and support for navigating the recruitment processes of both the and the Australian Federal Police.
In addition to sworn officer roles, participants will also learn about the many unsworn (non-uniform) career opportunities available within law enforcement.
Our face-to-face delivery programs run over 18 weeks, while our flexible delivery programs are completed over 24 weeks.
